A Family Story Built on Care, Purpose and Possibility
Our family's wellness journey began in April 1998, when Maria Ingardia-Brody and Sheila Brody opened Green Spa New York as a one-room wellness practice.
Maria and Sheila are married partners, and Sheila and Maureen are sisters. Together, the three helped grow that beginning into the connected Family of Wellness Brands—a community spanning wellness services, education, leadership development and self-care.
Transformational Gangstas® carries that commitment into coaching, mentoring and organizational support. Our work helps people recognize limiting patterns, strengthen their Inner Mentor and take constructive responsibility for change.
Maria and Sheila's book, Breaking Free: From Mobster to Mentor, shares a personal story of resilience and transformation. Those themes connect with our public Mobster to Mentor Method™ language: moving from limiting inner patterns toward awareness, responsibility and purposeful action.
Across our family of businesses, our commitment remains:
We Care About Your Whole Life™ — Mind, Body & Spirit.
