Summer isn’t just for suntans, sangria, and sandy toes—it’s for success. Here at Transformational Gangstas Mentoring and Change Management Coaching, we’ve decided that this summer is not going to be one we look back on and say, “I should’ve started then.” We’re making bold moves, rewriting our own narratives, and using the Laws of Attraction and Assumption to manifest and move—not just dream.

Let me ask you something real: What are you doing this summer? Are you planning to chill, binge shows, hang with friends, or maybe travel? That’s cool… if that’s your goal.If you’re someone who’s saying, “I’ll start when summer’s over,” then you may as well say “I’m not going to start at all.” Harsh? Maybe. True? Absolutely.

We get it—starting is challenging. Reinventing yourself takes guts. But here’s the truth: there will never be a perfect time. And in fact, this summer is the best time. Right now. This moment. Because this is the only moment you actually have. The Law of Assumption tells us that when you assume the identity of your future self now, and live, think, and act as if your goals are already done, the Universe aligns everything to make it so. The Law of Attraction backs that up—your vibe attracts your tribe, your opportunity, and your momentum. You attract what you are, not what you wish for.

 Why this matters… Because if you are assuming it is not the right time, you are right and if you are assuming, I can step into this new season as the person I have been wishing for in the past and it is MY time now- you are also right. If you think you can or you think you cannot, you are tight. 

We didn’t wait for the “perfect time.” At Transformational Gangstas, we set what we call a Sense of Urgency Goal right around Memorial Day. Sense of urgency is one of our 9 Drivers of Success. It’s what fuels teamwork, ignites action, and drives results. We decided we weren’t just going to survive the summer. We were going to turn the ship around—and not only did we reinvent our company, we created two additional companies. Our summer moves are laying the foundation for a multi-million dollar outcome.

But we’re not the only ones stepping into that summer glow-up energy. Victoria, one of our incredible Solutionizers™, wrote a business plan, secured a stunning location- tba :), built a team, and is launching a new career that will carry her powerfully into retirement. Her plan says, “Launching September 2025.” That’s less than 90 days of aligned action. Proof that a single summer can change everything and writing it down and saying it aloud helps bring it to reality.

Teresa wrote her business plan after searching for ways to “make money” realized that she really wanted to work with an aligned team on creating something powerful from the ground up. Something that would transform the way people learn and absorb information within our school systems and in her aligned energy, attracted the team that will support that dream. 

And Kaitlynn? She said yes to her purpose, even though it scared her. She leaned into her voice, her gifts, and is launching her business this very month. She didn’t wait for confidence—she acted before she felt ready. That’s the Law of Assumption at play: Be the version of yourself now that you want to become. The universe will plan all the details if you step into what serves you. 

And then there’s our powerhouse friend who turned getting fired into a launchpad. She didn’t sit in fear. She didn’t spiral. She pivoted. She built a family business from the ground up and is now creating three new revenue streams off that pivot. This is what we call Gangsta Moves. This is the transformational power of choosing yourself.

This summer can be your summer of success too—only if you choose it. Only if you stop waiting for permission, the right time, or the right mood. Momentum doesn’t come from motivation—it comes from movement. And clarity? That shows up after you take the leap.
